Do you do trailer inspections?

Yes, we offer trailer inspections.

Can you service other non-BRP BRANDS (POLARIS, YaMAHA, Honda, CF MOTO)?

As a BRP-certified dealership, our service department works exclusively on BRP products, including Can-Am Off-Road and On-Road (Spyder, Ryker, 3-Wheelers), Sea-Doo,Ski-Doo and Lynx.

Do you service Can-Am Spyders?

Yes, we service Can-Am Spyder models of all years. Please note that on older models, some parts have been discontinued by BRP, so in those cases we may need to use aftermarket parts. We'll go over your options with you.

What is the soonest I can get a service appointment?

Wait times depend on the time of year. Outside our peak periods (regular season), appointments are usually available within about a week. During our busiest times, early summer and the start of winter, it can be up to two weeks. We recommend booking ahead, especially before the riding season starts.

What time is my appointment?

Service appointments are booked by day rather than by time slot. Drop-off is at 9 AM, and many jobs are completed the same day, depending on the work required.

Can you program an extra key?

Absolutely. We can program a new key for your BRP machine without an appointment, typically between 2 PM and 4 PM. Please bring your registration and a government-issued photo ID with a matching name. Contact your nearest location to confirm walk-in times.

What is your door rate or hourly rate?

Our pricing is based on install times and flat rates depending on the job, rather than a set hourly rate.

Do you pick up units for service or diagnostics?

Yes, we offer pickup for service and diagnostics. Fees depend on your distance from our location. Contact us for details.

Do you process aftermarket warranty claims?

Yes, we can submit claims to third-party (aftermarket) warranty providers. Many of these providers don't cover diagnostic time, shop supplies or fluids, so those costs may be your responsibility. We're happy to submit the claim on your behalf and let you know what's approved.
